Senior UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end design process from research and discovery to wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions
• Create intuitive user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns for complex SaaS products
• Design pixel-perfect interfaces that balance aesthetic appeal with functional requirements
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all products
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, articulating design rationale effectively
• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design processes
Requirements
• 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience in SaaS or technology companies
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in SaaS applications and complex web platforms
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) and prototyping tools
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into designs
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Excellent visual design skills with keen attention to typography, layout, and color theory
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate design decisions
• Experience working with design systems and component libraries
