Senior Business Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting SaaS companies in HealthTech, FinTech, and AITech verticals
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through strategic outreach and networking
• Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure
• Collaborate with technical teams to craft compelling proposals and demonstrate our capabilities
• Represent Hashbyt at industry conferences, events, and networking forums
• Develop deep understanding of client business challenges and position our solutions accordingly
• Maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports
• Contribute to product strategy by sharing market insights and customer feedback

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B sales/business development experience in SaaS or technology services
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets with deal sizes of $50K+
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models, metrics, and buyer journeys
• Experience selling to technical buyers (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Product Leaders)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with frontend technologies and digital product development concepts
• Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales enablement tools
